Sunday, October 15, 2000 -- NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (AmpolNS) -- Issue one: the attack on the USS Cole.  Issue two: unrest, violence and killing in the Middle East.

Stealth issue one: pundits pushing the idea that the violence in the Middle east "damages" the "Clinton legacy."  Stealth issue two: propping up spotty evidence that Bush somehow leads in the polls (he doesn't lead in inside polls) and won the latest presidential debate (he lied, lied, and lied some more -- 33 times).

Tony Snow wrings his hands -- he'd rather cover the elections!

First, a word of thanks to our friend Lucienne, who has dubbed Roger Ailes's dirty work for Rupert Murdoch the "FAUX News organization."  We liked it so much we're using it!

Near-war in the Middle East and the terrorist attack on a U.S. Navy destroyer docked in Yemen hijacked about two-thirds of the blab time on FNS from the sort of red-meat election campaign chat that we love to watch Tony Snow lead -- and, of course, spin to the right.

Tony Snow first turned to FAUX News Channel reporters to update all the bad news, focusing on wounded sailors and pessimism about tomorrow's emergency summit.  You got the feeling that the FAUX News reporters are predicting failure with the hope of saying. "We told you so" -- but you also got the feeling that Tony would rather be talking horserace than terrorism.

Special Middle East envoy Dennis Ross was guest one -- and after recounting the attack on the USS Ross and the aftermath, Tony said that it was "well known" in intelligence circles that terrorist cells were active in Yemen.  What a shock -- not. Ross rightly refused to draw any conclusions -- even when pressed by the nefarious Brit Hume, Ross stated,  "To make judgments about what happened... is premature."  Will we continue to refuel in Yemen?  Ross said no decision has been made.

Hume asked Ross what he "may have learned" about Arafat, claiming that Arafat spurned peace overtures.  Ross wouldn't play to Hume's spin, saying that both parties must "find a way to live together... they don't have  a choice."  Hume, ever the contrarian, essentially accused the Palestinians of all being against peace -- and Ross said that both sides (obviously including Israel) must come to the table with peace as the goal.

Ross also pointed out that Arafat accepts the existence of Israel -- Hamas has not.  Hume actually asked if we should say to Arafat's face that he's not an honorable negotiator!  Ross should have told Hume to put a sock in it -- it almost sounded as if Hume wants to see more killing.  Tony asked if both sides should share the blame --- Ross could only give a courtly answer, but did point out that the Palestinians had taken steps to stop violence, but need to do far more.  He reinforced his point -- either the Israelis and Palestinians will live as neighbors in constant conflict or in peace. Tony stated that Barak offered "all he could" -- but did he really?

Ross said that the goal at the Sharm al-Sheik summit is to calm the violence and take additional steps to restart discussion of the peace process.  Ross also opposes cutting off aid to either Israel or Palestine.

After the break, Tony welcomed irrelevant Israeli ex-Prime Minister and stealth fascist Benyamin Netanyahu.  His main goal -- to spin the "use" of Palestinian children to commit acts of violence.

Oh, please, you little weasel -- children didn't kill those Israeli reservists.

Netanyahu is the kind of creep who talks "we need peace" out of one side of his mouth while wanting to visit violence and far worse on the Palestinians.  He decried Arafat as a dictator -- this from a man singled out as perhaps the least diplomatic and most chauvinistic leader in recent Israeli history, what one Israel Labor Party critic called "the Milosevic of Tel Aviv."

Netanyahu was using his appearance on FAUX News Sunday to bolster his sorry reputation (only favorable among hard-line right wingers in Israel).  He denounced Barak for making concessions -- right, Bibi, those concessions could lead to a peace that won't allow you to practice YOUR hate.  Bibi also made an outrageous claim that the Palestinian authority told an Israeli widow that they were killing her husband -- an inflammatory, Hitleresque tactic to fan the flames of hatred.

FAUX News would do the world a favor never to play host to this slimebucket again.

Tony then welcomed Hanan Ashrawi, Palestinian spokeswoman.  Now, she's no angel herself, but she was right when she called Bibi a racist -- and that not even Israelis could stand him anymore.  She was aghast and angry.  Now, we've heard her aghast and angry before, but she was fully justified in saying that Bibi was "dehumanizing."  Unfortunately, Ashrawi made the claim that Palestinian schools were closed to "protect" children -- as if Israel would declare them a military target.  She accused Tony of getting Israeli talking points -- and Tony denied it.

He's probably telling the truth -- the only spin points that count at FAUX News are the ones Jim Nicholson blast-faxes to GOP operatives!

Ashrawi bored us with her lies about Palestinian schools, wasting time that would have been better spent explaining her somewhat bizarre spin on the facts.  She claimed that the US is anti-Palestinian.  True enough -- but then, Americans have been conditioned to hate Arabs for decades.  Ashrawi said that Palestinians get meager aid from the U.S., and that the Sharm al-Sheik meeting will be nothing more than damage control.

Following the break: Little Ricky Lazio!  he decided to bring up Hillary's diplomatically-dictated embrace of Suha Arafat again.  Juan Williams said that Lazio's campaign has no identity!  Lazio said that the polls favor him (THEY DON'T!!!) and that the energy is building (for HILLARY!!!).  He said they need to stay focused on the issues.  What's the message?  Lower taxes, of course -- and that Lazio has a "mainstream" record (a LIE -- he's a right winger) -- and he wants to strengthen families.  Mara Liasson asked why Lazio attended a soft-money fundraiser this week -- and Lazio LIED again, saying that the Clintons SOLICITED money in their private residence (The White House).  He's against sleepovers (of the type that Bush granted Rush Limbaugh?).  Tony said Dan Burton wants to hold hearings (before he loses his chairmanship) -- and Lazio said he "wants the truth out," then claimed that the Clintons are "coercing" people to give them money.  He called the use of the Lincoln Bedroom in their PRIVATE residence a "scandal."

The truth: If Lazio had a white House at his disposal, he'd invite friends and contributors to sleep over.  It is NOT a crime.  Period.

Mara Liasson asked about wording in a pro-Lazio fundraising letter that bad-mouths Mrs. Clinton.  He "stand[s] foursquare behind [his] campaign" but avoided commenting on what he really feels about Mrs. Clinton -- until Tony pressed him.  Lazio said he refused to bad-mouth Hillary on TV.

In other words, he'd rather call her a lesbian when he chats up the FAUX News crew backstage!

Lazio looked and sounded like a soon-to-be-ex-politician.

Panel time!  Why were we docking in Yemen?  Brit Hume speculated that suicide bombers did it -- what a stretch!  Tony pointed out new terrorism concerns, and Mara said America is vulnerable.  Juan said he has a very emotional response -- and these terrorists are playing hardball with the biggest boys on the block.  He added that we know where these things come from, and we'll strike back.  He claimed that the Clinton Administration "hasn't been clear on this point."

Well, DUUUUH, Juan -- unlike big-mouth GOPers, Clinton will not tip his hand.

Mara said with some relish that the recent events "diminish the Clinton legacy."  WRONG, bimbo -- it is a result of the Reagan-Bush legacy that did little to push peace forward.  We're damned lucky that Clinton has gotten these parties to engage in the first place.  Juan mangled Hanan Ashrawi's name.  Hume  accused Arafat of fomenting the violence -- which appears NOT to be true, in that Arafat does NOT have control over all Palestinian factions.

Does the Middle East crisis help either candidate?  Mara said that Cheney was SUCCESSFUL in the Middle East -- huh?  You mean at drumming up business.  Hume expected an "insufferable" debate, Juan said Gore looked like Hannibal Lecter.

What?  Nothing about Bush looking like Alfred E. Newman?

Tony ended by saying that Clinton had "deluded" himself into thinking that he could help bring peace to the Missile East -- but also that Clinton was not alone in that department.

The McLaugh-In Group
Blowups happen!

Issue one:  Middle East blowup!  Michael Barone said that the response to Ariel Sharon's visit to the so-called Temple Mount was itself premeditated.  John Mclaugh-In actually brought up the issue of Palestinians blaming Sharon for slaughter -- and Sharon's visit being a provocation to ruin the peace process.  Jim Warren pretty much agreed.  Tony Blankley sounded like a Netanyahu apologist saying that Sharon was asserting his legal rights.

Yeah, Tony -- if Klansmen held a rally at the site where Martin Luther King was killed, they'd be asserting their rights too.  

John wanted to "move on" to their effect on the presidential election.  When a Commander-in-Chief makes a decision, it has an effect.  John cited all sorts of crises that boosted presidential polls.  Will the "rally 'round the Prez: effect help Gore?  Barone said no, citing the Carter hostage crisis -- funny that he didn't mention the Reagan team telling the Iranians through BUSH not to release the hostages.

Then John played a video clip form this week's debate with Dubya saying that he supports peace, and something vague about timetables.  Jim said that Bush was slamming "lame duck" Clinton for trying to help.  Tony tried to imply that Clinton was trying to improve his "legacy."  Eleanor Clift said that Clinton intervened when Arafat wanted to declare a Palestinian state -- and the situation may well have been worse if he had not intervened.  John said that Cheney is trying to blunt any positive impact by making snide comments about "preparedness" re. the USS Cole bombing.  Great -- John AND Cheney are using the deaths of 17 sailors as a spin point.  Even Barone was uncomfortable with the issue, essentially saying that preparedness against terrorism is too uncertain to spin.  Tony said that the situation hurts Clinton-Gore, and Barone said that Clinton's foreign policy approval numbers dropped.  John predicted that there would be a powerful effect on the election -- what happens if there is action against terrorists a week before the election?
Barone: no effect
Eleanor: uncomfortable with the assumption -- but it helps Gore
Tony: it's unlikely due to lack of intelligence (that's a lie, by the way) -- but we'll see "Wag the Dog," it could backfire
Warren: Americans know better  than to link Clinton to tribal hatred, and our military is still the finest in the world, anything will happen and could be a marginal help for Gore

John asked if we can be an honest broker with two candidates being pro-Israel -- "We're compromised."

Issue two -- post debate polls show that Bush's numbers improved.  John, therefore, declared that Bush won the debate -- and Gore was over-coached.  Tony claimed that Gore does not know who he is -- this was one of these McLaugh-In episodes where Tony did nothing but lie.  Eleanor said Gore should have sharpened the issue differences.  Barone compared Bush to Kennedy in 1960 said that Bush exhibited "mastery and command."

Huh?  here's a sample of Bush's "mastery and command":

"We got one [a hate crime law] in Texas, and guess what? The three men who murdered James Byrd, guess what's going to happen to them? They're going to be put to death..."

Bush was dead wrong -- only TWO of the men were sentenced to death -- under MURDER, not HATE CRIME, laws.

Eleanor said Bush is no Jack Kennedy.   Warren called Bush less underwhelming than Gore, and Gore did good by not beating on Bush.  e added he did not buy the "Vox Popu-LIE!"

Terrorism is topic one, beating on Gore topic two

Bob Schieffer's first guest:  Defense Secretary Bill Cohen, who said that the bombing of the USS Cole is being considered an act of terrorism and pledged that the groups behind the bombing would be held accountable.

Schieffer asked Admiral Clark about a warning the Navy had received, and Clark said they received nothing that would have warned them off.

Gloria Borger asked about the wisdom of fueling in the Port of Aden, Yemen, and Cohen said the entire region carries risks -- and we should and will remain fully deployed.

Schieffer asked if this was timed to coincide with turmoil in Israel and Ramallah, and Cohen said the bombing appeared premeditated and it was premature to speculate.

Clark said that the Cole lost power and experienced additional flooding overnight, but the crew has the flooding under control again.  Security has been beefed up, and three additional ships are headed for the region.

Borger mentioned that the Yemeni President had called it an accident at first -- is he cooperating with the U.S.?  Cohen said he now considers it a deliberate act and is cooperating fully.  He also detailed the problems of investigating the bombing.  Schieffer mentioned Iraqi troop movements.  Cohen said we should not underestimate Saddam -- but he has miscalculated in the past, and any threats will be met with a strong response.

Schieffer asked how a small boat could be allowed to get so close to a U.S. destroyer, and Borger mentioned that Cheney had used the incident to question security.  Cohen said that Bush had essentially said that we should unite behind the Clinton Administration.

Following the break: Senators Chuck "Chuckles" Hagel (R-NE) and John Kerry (D-MA).  Hagel gave a non-answer on Israeli unrest -- you can't force events and the Camp David talks were a forced event.

Oh, we see -- trying to encourage peace is BAD!  Thanks, Chuckles!

Kerry said that both Arafat and Barak are hobbled by parties out to undermine their efforts.  Egyptian President Mubarak, Jordan's King Abdullah and other Arab leaders understand this.  Some Palestinians continue to teach hate, he added.

Borger asked Chuckles if it was wise to refuel in Yemen; he responded that we cannot write off the region but "we should be smarter about it."

Schieffer asked if Russia might help in the negotiations -- and Kerry said yes.  Hagel agreed, even given that Russia may have a different agenda.

Borger asked both guests if it were fair for Cheney to talk preparedness in the wake of the attack on the USS Cole.  Chuckles said he hadn't heard it and would not comment; Kerry called it highly inappropriate.

He should have been nastier and said what must be his real sentiments: "How dare this Dick play politics over the dead bodies of fifteen men and two women?"

Then Howard Kurtz appeared ostensibly to talk about the debates, but to plug his latest book which focuses on cable business channels.  Kurtz said the press cast Gore as a liar in debate one (in fact, he did just that), but did point out that Bush's bungles in debate two lasted only one news cycles.  He also admitted that the press had twisted the results of debate one.

Tell us something we don't know, Howie -- like that fact that Bush "exaggerated" at least THIRTY-THREE times in the last debate.

Sam and Cokie get their war!!

"Cocky" Cokie Roberts welcomed on Madeleine "NotSoBright." On the Middle East violence, "Neither side has the option." That was about it.

Then Cokie turned to the USS Cole. Maddie said getting to the bottom of these incidents take a long time. We are so concerned. This is a terrible tragedy. We are doing everything we can to move this inquiry on.

Cokie said that Yemen does not have terrorist elements, according to its President (snicker). Maddie said the Yemeni President is willing to arrest any terrorists. Maddie said, "It appears to be terrorism." Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.

Cokie suggested that any terrorist group that even claimed responsibility for this attack should be bombed just for saying they did it. We agree. Bomb the crap out of them.

Maddie said, "This is very hard. They hide. There is no end to our search for them." This is MaddieSpeak for "Hey, we'll never find out who did this unless they come forward on their own to Washington and give us the exact details of how they did it."

Maddie then said that DaddyBush understood well how important this region and THE OIL is. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha – is that an understatement or what?

Cokie then said that "You Don't Know Dick" Cheney claims that our intelligence is not as good as it were under Daddy Bush. Well, of course not – Bush was in cahoots with the Arabs and they would phone him at home and tell him when they were going to terrorize and murder our military and civilian locations.

This was followed by a Commercial from GE about their new WEBSITE that will control your MONEY! Is Jack Welch a character out of George Orwell's 1984 or what? He is now a banker, and insurance company, a military and commercial jet engine manufacturer, maker of all-home appliances, lender, mortgage banker and stockbroker. He is Big Brother! When will the FTC begin to break up General Electric? 

Prime Minister Ehud Barak was on next. He thinks that terrorism could stop because of the Summit tomorrow.

Sure. It has never stopped. It will never stop. 

"Scam" Donaldson wondered how Barak can sit down with Arafat after calling him the perpetuator of terrorism. Barak said that Arafat did this to attract such a summit. Huh? Sam asked how it looks when just a few Israelis get killed and more than 100 Palestinians get croaked. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha – what's the difference, Sam? Dead is dead. The discussion went on and on with Barak being careful not to close many doors.

Barak said he is worried about he scars the last weeks will leave and how they will impact future peace talks. This, of course, is probably untrue. But it sounds good. 

Sam really outdid Fat Tim here: he then welcomed top Israeli Hawk Ariel Sharon, a man who believes that the that only Good Palestinian Terrorist is a Dead Palestinian Terrorist. Regardless of who is right – Israel or this group of thugs – terrorism is not the answer, and Arafat and his pigs stand for nothing less. To the few that threatened and chastised us for getting down on the Palestinians and the Oil Dictatorships last week, well, too bad. 

Sharon, who looks more like a yacht broker than one of the two most powerful men in the Middle East, talked to George Will – who, like Sharon, hates Palestinians. Sharon said that Oslo may not be dead -- but Arafat has violated every precept of that agreement. Sharon also said he thinks that Barak is a weakling -- a pretty dumb thing to say if he wants Israel to look strong in the face of terrorism, but a shrewd thing to do if you want to grab for power yourself. Will wanted to know how Sharon can now join the Barak government. He said that he and Mr. B must agree on a different line to attack everlasting peace.

Will said there was NO MORE TALK ABOUT A DIVIDED JERUSALEM. Sharon said the Bible claims more than 600 times that Jerusalem is Zion. He would not join Barak if he put this on the table again.

He would allow Palestinian direct family members to reunite – but nothing beyond that.

Sharon said he predicts that the talks tomorrow will not end in a restarting of the peace initiative. If Barak attempts to do this, Sharon will force an election and Barak will be gone (and he could do this.)

Will quotes an Imam on Palestinian TV saying that all Jews must be killed no matter who they are and where they are. He asks – how can you negotiate with a government like that?

Well, George – the answer is simple. Forbid Palestinian adults from running their schools, and re-educate the Palestinian children – or better yet, re-educate them now to turn in their parents if they are terrorists. Welcome to the Fifth Reich.

Then Sam welcomed a Palestinian who looks like a blind Geppetto. He warned Barak that if he brings Sharon into the government the entire peace process is toast. What a riot! Listen to this moron. As if he can dictate what goes on in the Israeli government. He urged Barak to end the terrorization of the Palestinians! Yeah, right – Israel does not blow up Palestinian buses loaded with women and children, it does not attack innocents. Do not be fooled by these Palestinian scam-meisters sending young children into the streets to throw rocks and boulders at Israelis. Rocks that size and Boulders dropped from roofs can kill as well, or better than a bullet. Israel is in the right here – and we are all Christians and one Muslim at this editorial office (well, okay, one of our Pap team is Jewish).

Now the panel of clowns! Linda Douglass and George Staphylococcus as well as Cokie acted as if they were on the left, and one fool from the New York Post said he is the sole Bush Boy -- and guess what? HE IS A BLACK AMERICAN! This is the newest fascist media trick – attract black Americans to whore for the GOP.

Staph said nothing intelligible. The black dude said that Bush used the word arrogant to describe the U.S. in the last debate because Gore was described as "arrogant" by the right wing dominated press. Well, of course, the media and BUSH work hand in glove to distort the truth and hide the facts about the Bush Brat.

Cokie brings up the Texas Record. Linda said that the media would have focused on the lousy record of Bush in Texas – but the Israel and COLE situation wiped this chance out.

Douglas brought up the fact that BUSH was grinning like rabid cat when he told America that he was "gonna execute those people!" Well, that is his role as Texas's putative Governor: High Executioner, and controller of low-lifes like himself to cover up his own criminality. The gist: "Hey Laura, if I am tough on crime, they will never suspect that I am a criminal [BELCH]."

Cokie said that today it is a dead even race – but is isn't. Gore is quite a bit ahead in the electoral college count. Keep watching that – because this race may be so close as to be decided by those old fools.

It was the most ridiculous discussion of how elections are won. 

Face it – the American people are generally self-involved boobs. They vote for "the best looking," or the "meanest," or the " bluest" – blood that is.

Gore is more handsome than Bush by far in a simple classical sense. But Bush looks a lot like Steve McQueen and poses as Dirty Harry.

We think, as a matter of fact, that the only reason Bush is close in this race is that American's love a petty thief, a crook that gets away with it. They are lauded by audiences in the theater and on television. Even the newspapers love a good crook. That is what BushBaby is. A good-lookin' drinkin'-buddy Mafioso who is more comfortable in Vegas than in Vienna or London. Bush is a raw red-meat American actor. Gore is a studied second-generation blue blood from the South – a gentleman -- whereas Bush is a thug.

If we had to predict the outcome of the popular vote – we would predict that Bush might win by a million or so votes, but lose the election in the College. Why? Because that Eddie Haskell sneer will cost him the presidency in the end – which by the way is less than a month away.

Russert must go -- along with his lies and innuendo

No one could have been surprised that Tim Russert, who seems to have gained all the weight that Rush "Slim"-baugh has shed, would begin the morning discussing the bombing of the USS Cole in Aden.

And who else appears?  National Security Advisor Sandy Berger, the man trusted by the White House to keep butthole Russert in line.

First, Berger mumbled a bunch of nothings about finding out just who bombed " our boys" – not a ship – and ending up murdering at least 17 of them thus far.

Russert, of course, continued the GOP line: "Why would you refuel in a nation that is safe haven for terrorists?" Make no mistake: this is the BushBaby’s "Group" attack on the White House.  You know the Group: ex-General "Colon" Powell, "You Don't Know Dick" Cheney, and multi-billionaire ex-Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, who now requires a $100,000 non-refundable deposit if you wish to become one of his clients and a fee of $10,000.00 just to make a phone call to Saddam.

Bush himself knows nothing about foreign policy – and shares this affinity with Tim Russert.

Russert was so stupid that he continued to infer that the Clinton Administration somehow is involved in this terrorist murder because some Navy commander decided to refuel the USS Cole in Yemen. Russert -- and Berger -- failed to mention that we have been fueling ships in Yemen for months, nothing untoward had happened before, and Yemen is led by what you might call a "progressive" neo-fascist regime.

What we found even more interesting was that the two yokels who hijacked the plane on Saturday and had it flown to " Saddam International" did so to b ring attention to their revolution against the repulsive Saudi Royal Family, who only a generation ago were roaming the desert looking for white women and a good used Cadillac.

Berger then went into Israel and unrest in the Middle East. He said that it will be tough to resume peace negotiations in this atmosphere.

Good one Sandy – at last, you realize that most Arab leaders, with the exception of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and King Abdullah of Jordan are born liars and remain Jew-haters, and treat Israeli PM Barak as if he were the same his predecessor, the bigoted and troublemaking right-winger Bibi Netanyahu.

Do we need more proof?

Russert wanted to know why Clinton is "tolerating" the delivery of advanced weapons systems, including a submarine, to Iran. Russia, of course, had contracts in place, which force them to deliver these weapons to Iran – but they have stretched the delivery time line. Russert said he thinks we should apply sanctions against Russia for this. Berger said no -- these weapons were not were not part of the Gore-McCain legislation that forbids this.

Russert – who we think is also a stealth Jew- hater -- brought up the case of Jonathon Pollard – the American turncoat who spied for Israel – and his plea for executive clemency from his life sentence. Clinton did not grant it. Berger said he was right. Russert, of course,  brought this up because Hillary Clinton made some noises that clemency for Pollard should be considered.

Archer Daniels Midland – Supermarket to the Congress -- went into commercial about their Vitamin E production from soybeans – which Old Man Andreas can’t sell to us to eat! Andreas, who feeds visitors to his home or plants a full Soy Bean lunch (gag me) is the most despicable violator of campaign finance laws (at least what pass for laws) and their intent. He was the doofus that delivered a quarter million in cash to Nixon at the height of anti- Nixon protests in '68.

Jack Welch, the fascist chief of General Electric, was next with his Big Cooking Commercial. And cancer peddler Phillip Morris was next with its pap about how it helps culture while murdering children.

Trent Lott, the helmet-haired moron from Mississippi, was on next -- to attack the President, of course. Lott said, "The Cole was built in my home town" –  but neglected to say that it was becuause of a pork barrel scheme to build more and more unnecessary ships in Pascagula, Mississippi, where Lott and his gang of KKKrackers remember those fine ol' days when you could chase "niggers" out of "White’s Only" eateries, toilets and drinking fountains.

Lott said that Arafat should have done more -- but both sides have been involved in escalating hostilities. In short, he feels the Jews are as much to blame.

Chris Dodd, who is the worst possible spokesperson for the Administration, is too much of a wussy boy to be in this position. His phony graciousness is enough to make you vomit. He, too, excuses Arafat because he thinks that Arafat in not in control at all. He thinks that the other Middle East leaders should have "stepped up to the plate" (don’t you hate that over used phrase?) and told these pig Arab terrorist murderers to quit it. 

Yeah, Chris, a lot of good that would do.

Lott said he wants the world to speak with one voice. He then talked about adding Senator Vandenberg to Statuary Hall because of his work on Middle East peace. Who cares?

The idiot Russert said that Democrats are asking, "Who is the real Al Gore: the one who kissed his wife at the convention, or the one we’ve seen in the debates?"

Dodd pointed out Russert’s stupidity by saying that no one is monochromatic. But instead of calling Bush the SERIAL LIAR he is, Dodd simply went into the hate crimes perpetrated in Texas. Huh? Why not tell the truth and describe Bush as a man who was a drunken abuser of his family, his parents and the rest of the world until he was 41 years old and conveniently "found Jesus?" Why not just say it straight -- that Bush  was a serial drug user and who magically "had a change of heart" when his wife told him either he was gonna dry out or get out?

If you ask us, we have money on the someone in the Gore camp having been paid off to lose this campaign purposely. By whom? We don’t know – maybe the " Fourth Reich" that we call our television networks and big-city papers.

Dodd attacked Bush on education, health of children and other things. BORING. This isn’t working. Someone tell these jerks that this isn’t working.

And why doesn’t Gore himself attack Bush?

Lott started reading from the Nazi-owned Washington Post Op-Ed that lauds the " improvements" that Bush has made.

Oh, by the way, Bush is such a moron that he told us that there are more people uninsured for health care in the nation than there were in 1992 when Clinton was elected.  Why don't the spokes-idiots at the DNC set this straight -- it's a result of both population growth and a GOP-controlled Congress that would sooned send money to the rich than to sick kids?  Russert, certainly too stupid to bring this up, does not mention this.

Russert then lied and said that Al Gore has GUARANTEED the surpluses will continue! He should be fired for this lie alone, along with the 5,000 or so lies we have caught him in over the past few years.

Russert wants Gore to change his programs to conform to GOP projections! Right.  Are we in THE TWILIGHT ZONE?  And Chris Dodd just let him lie, making a weak defense concerning the surplus projections – and then adds that Gore has a Rainy Day reserve of $300 million (nothing really) to deal with surplus reserves.  At least Dodd attacked the Bush tax cuts.

Then Russert finally brought up the GOP role in the House and Senate. He read from the Post, which called Lott the head of " the do-nothing Congress."  Lott complimented Russert first. Then he moved  into his Bush hands across the aisle bullshit. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Dodd, instead of saying – WE WILL SLAP THAT STUPID DRUNK’S HAND! just sat there.

Lott blamed the White House for all the woes in Congress, then said he had repealed the telephone tax – yes, to help the telephone companies. The rest was nothing. What a lamebrain.

Lott admitted that he won’t get to the prescription drugs bill!!  Sure, because he is the Chief Butt-boy of the pharmaceutical companies, who have no national allegiances. None.

Dodd attacked Bush for his lack of experience. GET THIS – Lott said that there is something more important than experience . . . JUDGMENT! We were practically rolling on the floor!   Yeah, judgment on how to beat a cocaine rap by blackmailing a judge and then burring all the records -- including driving records. Or judgment on how much Jack Daniels you can drink without blacking out on the way home and killing your children.

Geez!

IBM had the next ad, then Bristol Myers Squibb’s boring Lance Armstrong cancer commercial. Why Armstrong a bike racer (boring) allows himself to be used as a " puto" by the very company which forces seniors and the poor to eat cat food to afford their prescription drugs is a mysterious to us -- well, okay, it’s no mystery: Cancer Boy is simply a greedy slob like everyone else.

Then Russert welcomed the black Neo-Nazi Louis Farra-"Con," who talked about his MILLION FAMILY MARCH! The Con put HIS agenda in front of Gore and Bush and claimed that the Congressional Black Caucus has endorsed the march.

Russert said that 70% of blacks are born from unwed mothers. Oh, God. The Con said that he does address this. We hope so, because Russert is surely the type of guy who would go out and lynch blacks if they got in his way.

Russert went trawling for more hate by mentioning " THE JEW... LIEBERMAN."  He reads the Con’s statement on Lieberman’s so-called ties to Israel. Russert, to our amazement, defended Lieberman as an AMERICAN citizen, not an ISRAELI citizen. The Con said something about whether JFK would be more loyal to the Vatican than to the Constitution. He said, hey, Larry King brought it up before I did.

Russert asked about what would happen if he said that the Con himself might be more loyal to Africa than to the US? What a riot -- what an imbecile!  The Con said, of course, NO, this would be a good question – which would allow me to prove that I was not more loyal to Africa.

Russert kept up the JEW talk, knowing that this will inflame bigots in this country even though Russert pretends to defend the Jewish position. The Jews on our staff thought that the Con’s statements were far less inflammatory than Russert’s line of questioning!

The Con said that the Anti-Defamation League uses HIM to raise money. Ha, ha, ha, ha...  Russert then said that Clarence Page, "he’s black," also said you are an anti-Semite.

The Con said that Page would have done better to ask me about this then to write his article. The Con has met with Edgar Bronfman – rich man -- and then went to Brooklyn and made some statements which were termed Anti-Semitic. Mike Wallace – the ghoulish, grizzled liar from CBS, arranged this meeting – if you can believe it!

Russert then showed a stunningly racist statement that Jews hold Blacks in their grip -- good red meat for the Jew-haters who watch Meet the Press. The Con replies that whether or not what he said was the truth, the problem with America is that they  want him to apologize for telling the truth, for being a man. If he's done evil, how can he atone unless someone shows him where he is in error?  " I should perhaps apologize for the MANNER in which I tell the truth," and he thinks God is cleansing him of this, or some such.

Russert then, as if he didn’t hear a word of this, suggests that the Con should stand up tomorrow and apologize for these statements – ha, ha, ha, ha, ha -- and The Con replied, " How can I apologize for the truth?"

Russert thanked him for sharing his views.

This segment was followed by an ad showing 9- year- olds talking about stock portfolios they will have with Schwab. This was followed by a GE ad about mammogram machines "that are extraordinary." Then an ad for NBCi.com which attacks YAHOO!! And this is just the start – watch for the Networks to rev up their quest to take over the NET during the next few months in preparation for the next Congress where they will attempt to destroy THE INDEPENDENT INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS, then AOL (which Mr. AOL has delivered to TIME WARNER as a sacrifice), and then THE TELEPHONE COMPANIES which are doing the same.

THE NETWORKS WILL BE VICTORIOUS BECAUSE THEY CONTROL THE NEWS -- AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, HOW IT IS DELIVERED.
