July 14, 2006, 1:33PM—NEW YORK (apj.us)—Following a flurry of motions by attorneys for defendant John Fund and plaintiff Morgan Gell, Judge Robert Lippmann has dismissed civil charges against Fund, but only following mutual (and, according to our sources, grudging) agreement of both parties.
