We're hearing the same thing a number of news outlets and bloggers are hearing: The New York Times is dropping a bombshell article in the next few days that puts New York Governor David Paterson center stage in a sex scandal, and Paterson is, according to our source in Albany, "likely to resign" once the story impacts.  UPDATE, 2/8/10 ►  Spokesman for Paterson says he will not resign.
