Jeff Koopersmith details the latest fact-bending outrage from the purveyors of "fair" and "balanced" right-wing bias.

WASHINGTON DC- Even when you loathe Fox News and its head cretin Roger Ailes you have to cringe when they begin their caca de toro regarding Arizona's racist Governor Jan "the old bag manicurist" Brewer and its legislature that pass laws aimed at messing around with people who aren't white and prefer to speak a more romantic language than guttural English.

Today the Supreme Court made told Brewer and her neo-Nazi minions that police checking people out on a whim to see if they are "illegal" aliens is about the most unconstitutional thing one can do, but because a lower court passed one particular portion of their law before it was tested that portion would go back to a lower court should a history of excess be proved by the United States at a later date.As if that isn't a sure thing.

In a nutshell the Supremes allowed the Arizona administrative and legislative scum a little respite. Perhaps the right wingers on the court felt a kind if kinship with those who are constantly worried more about Hispanic intrusions into their screwed up arid society than looking for work or making certain that wonderful Democrat Congresspeople are not shot in cold blood at a local big box store.

In a nutshell - Governess Jan Brewer will have to wait until the posse arrests and detains enough "legal" people with "accents" or brown skin to certify their police action as "unconstitutional."

This state, Arizona, is the same horrible cactus and rattler infested desert that introduced laws against teaching Mexican or hispanic culture because those damn Mexicans might convince the White kids that communism was the way to go.  Truly - take a look at that legislation, so brashly racist that even the Arizona senate laughed the bill out of Committee.

Yet Fox News spent hours or air time today trying to prove to the moronic cancerous mass they cater to that Arizona actually won an important point even though the entire law, save for the part that is yet to certainly be proved, was struck down only hours ago.

Is Fox a disgrace?  You betcha.  One of its only and latest non-racist effort was to rescue Juan Williams from the evil socialist clutches of National Public Radio and make him the new Alan Colmes in black face - and worse - Juan is actually doing it.  Watching him quiver with fear when Sean Hannity says another inane streetsnot-remark is an extra shudder-of-disgust point.  One wonders what Williams will say tonight when that cretin O'Reilly or worse that once-lovely bimbo Laura Ingraham snaps some crap about protecting our borders and how "most" Americans support shoving Mexicans into a cell if they don't have "their papers" on them.

How stupid can these people at Fox be?  Hispanics will be the majority in the United States within a few years.  So, they brought Marco Rubio of Florida on a few days ago as if he was the second coming, and Rubio was dumb enough to appear with numnutz Sean Hannity complete with his wife who was lovely but ill-informed on most anything.  I liked Rubio until his stint on Fox where he claimed he supports the Tea Party?  What?

Go figure.

We better ICE him!
